Whew! And glad you're there for Jenn and the girls. When the going gets tough, the tough (and not-so-tough)need their mommies.
Sending much love and strength to all of you right now...

Oh, Mater I am so glad that you are alive and well. I feel so devastated by Jenn and David's news. I wish so much that it hadn't had to come to this. I hope that you are all right as well. XOFifi

Glad to know you are alive and well and aren't you glad you moved close to your daughter and granddaughters? I'm sorry about the news. Tough stuff.

I'm glad you're still here, too, E. My heart did skip a beat. And then it got very sad. I'm so so sad about this. And relieved that you are close; and hopeful because you are such strong girls, all of you. It sounds strange to say this to you, whom I have never met, but I send my love to you all.

Thank goodness for all supportive mothers alive and kicking! I never really thought you were in mortal peril, however, as Jenn was entirely to eloquent and introspective. I thought maybe one of David's parents. Anyway, glad you're in the pink - love from cyberspace, coming your way!

Babci, this post was hilarious, and very much a welcome relief. Comic relief: always wonderful.

I knew it couldn't have been you because I just know if that were the case Jenn would be too devestated to even turn a computer on.

Still, glad to see you are alive and well and my thoughts go out to you and your family.

And all this time I thought that was a good line when it was uttered by Capt. Jean-Luc Picard on Star Trek. You manage to pull it off with even more aplomb and dry wit.

And in the nearly-as-famous words of Sallah, from Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark:

"My friend! I am so happy you are not dead!"
